Loved the cozy sitting area and the rooftop terrace for relaxation. Free toiletries were a nice touch, and the location was prime for exploring Tulum. However, our room had no windows and felt quite cramped. The noise from the diesel generator next door made it hard to sleep, and the cold shower was a big letdown. Also, some maintenance is needed since the bed linens looked a bit worn. Overall, not the worst experience but definitely room for improvement.
